Mulvarra House is a welcoming, intimate workshop and retreat centre in the village of St Mullins on the River Barrow, on the border of Carlow, Kilkenny and Wexford. Run by hosts Tim and Linda, it hosts year-round yoga, meditation and breathwork retreats alongside traditional arts, crafts and food workshops.

Its peaceful Breathing Space studio overlooks the river, and the centre also offers weekly yoga classes and full moon sauna breathwork sessions. Guests enjoy vegetarian food, comfortable accommodation and a setting beside a 7th-century monastic site, close to riverside and mountain walks.
