Mum-Dance is a low-impact, high-sweat dance fitness class set to 80s school disco smash hits, with simple and hilarious routines suitable for all fitness levels. Founded by Hebe, the concept has grown to classes across the UK, Scotland, Ireland, Gibraltar and the USA.

The Ark Bolingbroke Academy location in London offers the classic 80s dance fitness format — and select locations also run brand new 90s/00s classes back to back. Classes are welcoming and non-judgemental, with a 'Walk You In Buddy' scheme for first-timers, and a guarantee of 4,000–6,000 steps per class.

No dance experience needed — just bring your legwarmers and a sense of humour.
