Muscle 19 is an independent gym established in 2012 by owner Ash, housed in a converted old Rose & Crown pub that gives it a distinctive old-school feel. Based in Bridgwater, Somerset, it prides itself on a welcoming community atmosphere open to all abilities, sizes, genders and experience levels.

Members enjoy 24/7 access via key card, with staff on-site during shop hours for sign-ups and enquiries.
