MV Life Fit is a private personal training studio run by Matt Vallis, a qualified Sports Science graduate and experienced fitness coach based in New Inn, Pontypool. Operating from his private facility called The Lodge, Matt specialises in helping men and women aged 40+ get stronger and reduce body fat.

Services include one-to-one personal training, small group fitness sessions for up to three people, and online consultations with bespoke fitness plans. With a background training clients in England, Australia and Wales, Matt's approach focuses on building relationships, tailoring programmes to individual goals, and educating clients to sustain a healthy lifestyle long-term.

Sessions can also be held outdoors or at clients' homes.
