My Body Rocks is a pole and aerial studio with multiple locations across Surrey and West Sussex, including Reigate, Cobham, Bookham, Guildford, and Crawley.
The studio offers a wide variety of classes for all levels — from Static Pole, Flying Pole, Spinny Pole and Heels, to Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Trapeze, Aerial Straps, Aerial Rope, Aerial Yoga, Flexibility, Conditioning, and TRX Suspension. There are dedicated programmes for kids and teens, as well as structured beginner courses.
Members enjoy a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere with supportive and knowledgeable instructors.
