My Gravity Fitness & Dance is North West London's premier aerial and pole fitness studio, open since 2013. Based in Hendon, the studio offers a welcoming, judgement-free space for all levels — from complete beginners to advanced athletes.
Classes include Pole Dance, Aerial Hoop (Lyra), Aerial Silks, AntiGravity Yoga (Hammock), Bungee Fitness, and more, all taught by dedicated expert instructors. The studio also hosts kids' aerial classes, adult parties, corporate events, 6-week introduction courses, workshops, and private hire sessions.
