My Time My Fitness offers outdoor group fitness and bootcamp classes in Englefield Green and Egham. Led by a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, the sessions focus on making fitness fun, sociable and accessible through teamwork and camaraderie.

Classes include Team Circuit Sessions on Monday evenings, Fresh Air Fitness on Saturday mornings, and Fit Fridays for those with flexible schedules. PT sessions are also available at Rebel Gym in Staines. The first group session is completely free.
