MYALO Martial Arts & Fitness is a family-friendly martial arts academy in Kilkenny, Ireland, with a legacy of more than a decade. It teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, mixed martial arts and wrestling to people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Classes are split into juniors (5-13), teens (13-17) and adults (17+), and there are women-only classes too.

Coaches are IAWA-certified with safeguarding and first aid training. The academy describes itself as a community and family, focused on building confidence and self-esteem alongside fitness. Beginner BJJ and wrestling courses run regularly, and a free trial class is available on request. Membership spaces are limited, with a waiting list when classes are full.
