MyGym - Hazel Grove

MyGym is a purpose-built strength and conditioning gym located in the heart of Hazel Grove, Stockport, just off the A6. Founded by Steve and Dave, the gym prides itself on being a supportive, friendly community that welcomes everyone — from complete beginners to elite athletes.

Unlike large commercial gyms, MyGym offers high-quality equipment, expert coaches, and a warm atmosphere where every member is known by name. The facility boasts over 5,000kg of bumper plates, 40+ barbells, 5 lifting platforms, a wide range of machines, kettlebells, and dumbbells up to 50kg.
