Neil Bowman Training, now trading as Blackrock Health & Fitness, is a family-owned studio in Blackrock, Co. Dublin, running since 2016. It offers boxing classes ranging from high-intensity Box Fitness to skills-based Advance Boxing with paired attack and defence drills.

It also runs circuit training, strength and cardio sessions, Hyrox prep and Tryka classes (Foundational, Strength & Power, Complete). Alongside training, the studio is billed as the only HYPOXI weight loss studio in Ireland and offers physiotherapy. Sessions are 60 minutes, open to all ages and abilities, with a friendly, energetic atmosphere and experienced trainers.

Memberships cover youths, adults and families, and drop-ins are available.
