Nene Training is an independent functional fitness gym in Wellingborough where coaching and community come first. Housed within the former Wellingborough Gasworks at Nene Court, the premium facility features two dedicated training spaces offering over 40 expert-led group coached sessions per week, open gym access, free parking, an in-house coffee shop and shower facilities.
Classes include Train (strength and endurance, Monday–Friday), Team (partner workouts, Saturdays), Capacity (aerobic endurance, Sundays), and Kids & Teens strength and conditioning sessions.
