Netherton Activity Centre

Netherton Activity Centre (NAC) is a multi-facility leisure centre offering state-of-the-art gym equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, cycles, rowing machines, free weights and a Power Plate station.

The centre caters for all ages — from toddlers to teens to adults — with fitness classes, badminton courts, a 3G floodlit pitch, grass pitches, a free crèche (with membership), Jake's Sensory World, and a library on site. It is part of the Active Sefton Fitness network, giving members access to six locations across Sefton.
