New Energy Yoga is an independent boutique Yoga and Pilates studio with two Hampshire locations — Winchester and Southampton. Offering a broad range of classes including Yoga, Pilates, Hot Yoga and Warm classes, the studio welcomes everyone from first-timers to experienced practitioners.
