Newbury CrossFit & Performance Centre is an inclusive CrossFit gym established in 2017 in Newbury, Berkshire. Open seven days a week, it offers a diverse programme of CrossFit, HYROX, weightlifting, strength & conditioning, gymnastics, and cardio classes for all fitness levels.
The gym is affiliated with both CrossFit and HYROX, and its coaches hold qualifications in personal training, British Weightlifting, and nutrition. Special discounts are available for NHS staff, emergency services, military personnel, and new mothers. The gym also runs programmes for children, teens, and parents with young babies.
