Next Generation MMA is the oldest and most successful mixed martial arts school in Liverpool. With experienced, friendly coaches and a structured beginner programme, the gym offers classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi), Boxing, Thai Boxing, Wrestling, and MMA for all levels — from complete novices to high-level practitioners and pro fighters.
Kids, teens, and amateur teams are also catered for, and new starters receive a free one-week trial.
