Nicky's Bootcamp is an online bootcamp and fitness community founded by Nicky, a Sports Science graduate from Loughborough University and Advanced Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience. Originally renowned as the premier face-to-face bootcamp in Cheshire, the programme now operates fully online, offering live and on-demand classes seven days a week.
Sessions include strength, HIIT, boxing, Tabata, and flexibility training — all 30 minutes or under — catering to all fitness levels from complete beginners to experienced enthusiasts. Members also gain access to a recipe hub, a beginner's 'Begin Again' programme, fitness retreats, and a supportive online community.
