Norse Fitness & Rehab (Norse Foundation) is a dedicated personal training gym and sports therapy facility set in the countryside on the borders of Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridgeshire. The centre offers a comprehensive range of services including personal training, sports therapy, boot camps, stretching classes, running rehab and online programmes.

Led by Dan Carter (Sports Therapist, 24+ years' experience and former International Athlete) and Liz Carter (Level 3 PT, former Dual International Athlete), the team of five experienced coaches work across a fully equipped indoor gym, a sports therapy treatment room, and an outdoor training area.

Treatments available include sports massage, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, ultrasound, laser therapy and manipulative therapy.
