North London Boxing Club is a friendly and welcoming boxing gym based in Southgate, North London, established in 2011. The club offers daily boxing classes for all ages and abilities — including adults, juniors, women, amateurs and white collar boxers — as well as personal training.
Classes blend traditional boxing exercises such as sparring, shadow boxing, skipping and punch-bag drills with circuit training, lasting approximately 75 minutes. No experience is needed and no prior booking is required.
