NKO Kickboxing is a family-oriented K1 kickboxing club based in Northampton, running structured sessions for juniors (aged 4–12) and adults (aged 13+) throughout the week. All instructors are experienced, qualified, DBS checked, first aid trained and safeguard qualified.
The club focuses on teaching practical self-protection and kickboxing techniques in a safe, fun and inspiring environment, with students able to learn at their own pace. A free first session is available for newcomers, and month-to-month membership gives unlimited class access with no minimum contract.
