Northern Bootcamp is a leading residential weight loss and fitness bootcamp set in the stunning Northumberland countryside near Bamburgh.

Founded in 2010 by Dan and Caroline Smith, the camp offers all-inclusive packages from 1 to 14 days, combining high- and low-intensity exercise sessions with outdoor adventures such as surfing, kayaking, cycling, abseiling and hiking along untouched beaches and ancient forests.

Guests stay at Goldenhill Retreat, a 5-star luxury holiday cottage complex with en-suite rooms, garden pods, a hot tub and a zen garden. All programmes include freshly prepared, locally sourced meals, individual fitness assessments, personal training, and a post-camp action plan — making it suitable for all abilities.
