Now Fitness is a dance fitness studio run by fully qualified instructor Maxine Cummins, offering Zumba and dance fitness classes in Sale, Cheshire at Sale High School on Norris Road (M33 3JR). Classes blend latin, disco and more, catering for all ages 14+ and all fitness levels with both high and low impact options.
Sessions are assisted by qualified Zumba instructor Anita Barnett and are known for their great atmosphere, fab music and fun routines.
