Nur Fitness is an award-winning community organisation in Tees Valley dedicated to helping women and children lead healthier, happier and more empowered lives — both physically and mentally.

Specialising in working with the BME community, the multi-lingual team offers a wide range of services including fitness classes for all ages and abilities, diabetes prevention and management programmes, mental health awareness, weight management, employability and self-confidence programmes, dementia-friendly activities, and outdoor activities for women.
