Nurstead Court Fitness is set in the historic Old Milking Parlour on the grounds of a grade I listed manor house in the Kent countryside. It offers a fully equipped indoor gym and an outdoor gym so members can work out while enjoying the beautiful rural surroundings.

Experienced, qualified Personal Trainers provide tailored training programmes and nutrition/diet plans, and the facility also runs small-group training (4–6 people) and outdoor bootcamps. Sessions are available seven days a week from 05:30 to 20:00.
