Oasis Saunas is a modern wellness space on the South Coast offering a high-quality public sauna retreat. Founded by two healthcare professionals, it brings together traditional Finnish sauna, infrared sauna and bio sauna experiences under one roof, alongside contrast therapy (cold plunge, ice baths, cold showers) and a relaxation area.
Limited to 15 guests at a time for a calm and intimate atmosphere, the space also features a Recovery Lounge with drinks and light refreshments.
