Founded by former military Physical Training Instructor Gary Nash, ODFC offers indoor and outdoor group fitness classes for everyone from complete beginners to seasoned athletes.

Classes include Indoor Group Training, outdoor Bootcamps, Tribal Spin (indoor cycling), and Boxercise, with 35+ sessions per week. Specialist programmes include Active Living Plus for over-55s and those returning from injury. No judgement, no long contracts — just results, fun, and a welcoming community.
