Ojas Sauna is an outdoor sauna and ice bath experience set in nature across two locations: Battlers Green Farm in Hertfordshire and Oxmoor Farm in Buckinghamshire. Founded by certified Sauna Guide Amelia in June 2024, the concept is rooted in Ayurvedic philosophy — 'Ojas' representing vitality and the subtle essence of life.
Guests move through invigorating rounds of heat exposure in handcrafted horsebox wood-fired saunas and cold water immersion in mechanically filtered and chilled ice baths, delivering powerful contrast therapy for recovery, circulation and mental wellbeing.
Experiences include private sauna hire (exclusively for your group), community Sauna Socials (book a seat alongside like-minded locals), guided multi-sensory sauna rituals led by Amelia, and portable hire for home events or retreats. Memberships are available at both locations.
