Old Guard Jiu Jitsu is Keighley's home for authentic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Submission Grappling (No-Gi), and Wrestling. Based at Springfield Mills, the academy offers structured classes for all levels — from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners — as well as a dedicated Junior BJJ programme for children aged 6–16.
Head instructor Duane Harper, a 2x British NoGi Champion and 1x UK Masters Black Belt Champion, leads a team of experienced coaches in an ego-free, community-focused environment that emphasises leverage, technique, and personal growth on and off the mat.
