Old Ironworks Gym is Maldon's largest free-weights bodybuilding gym, established in 2010 and now under fresh ownership. The gym offers a full free-weights floor, machines, and cardio equipment alongside a large PT area with bags.
Known as the friendliest gym in Maldon, it hosts Urban Boxing fitness classes five times a week and provides free parking, free inductions, and no joining fees. All levels and ages are welcome.
