Olympia Health & Fitness is a Sheffield gym offering something for everyone — from beginners to competitive bodybuilders. Founded by Trevor, the gym provides bespoke transformation programmes, bodybuilding facilities, personal training, and group boxing sessions for both children and adults.
Young people aged 11–16 are welcome Monday to Friday 3–6pm for free gym access, free boxing classes, and a chill-out room with a PS5, table tennis, and pool table. The gym operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
