Living Omni is an inclusive fitness, health and life coaching service led by specialist coach Louise, designed for people living with multiple health conditions including cancer, chronic illness, menopause, pregnancy and more.

Combining clinical knowledge with compassion, Omni offers cancer rehabilitation/prehab, exercise referral, chronic condition management, female health support and mindset coaching — helping clients move, think and live with confidence on their own terms.
