On1Fitness is a friendly, independent gym located on Morden Roundabout, offering over 4,000 sq ft of premium fitness facilities. Founded in 2020 by experienced personal trainer Kevin Burrows, the gym provides a welcoming, community-focused environment for all fitness levels.
Members can choose between open gym access — featuring free weights, plate-loaded machines, cardio equipment, functional training areas and over 50 stations — or a structured Small Group Personal Training (SGT) programme that includes expert coaching, personalised progression, nutrition guidance and body composition tracking.
The gym is fully air-conditioned and open until 11pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends.
