One Element Outdoor Fitness Putney

One Element Putney runs four HiiT sessions per week in Wandsworth Park, a scenic park with tree-lined avenues sweeping down to the Thames. Established in 2007, One Element specialises in inclusive, positive group fitness communities.

Sessions are structured around a warm-up, a cardio set, a strength/lactic tolerance set, and more — each week offering a different workout so your fitness journey keeps progressing.
