One Nation Boxing Gym

One Nation Boxing Gym is Derby's most respected boxing gym, founded by former Commonwealth and WBC International Light Welterweight Champion Clifton Mitchell. The gym features a full-size boxing ring available for sparring, a fully equipped gym with bikes, steppers, rowers and punch bags, and soft matting throughout.

Separate changing rooms with showers are provided for men and women. The gym has produced champions including Dave Ryan, Harry Scarff, Myron Mills and Ty Mitchell, and has been keeping people off the streets and teaching boxing for over 20 years.
