Onelife is a personal training and massage business founded in 2012 by Lucy, operating across central Bristol and Wrington, North Somerset. The team of two — Lucy and Gary — offers 1-to-1 personal training, small group PT, outdoor and studio-based fitness classes, sports massage, and Indian head massage.

Training sessions can take place at a client's home, workplace, local park, or at the Wrington studio (BS40). The Jump Start Package includes goal setting, fitness testing, and progress tracking over 12 weeks. Online 12-week workout programmes are also available via a fitness app, with optional coached accountability.

Sports massage addresses muscular tightness, injury rehabilitation, and recovery, while Indian head massage targets stress, headaches, and wellbeing. Lucy also offers a back, neck and shoulder massage. A free initial phone consultation is offered to all new clients.
