OXSRAD is an inclusive sports and leisure charity based in Old Marston, Oxford, transforming lives through accessible fitness, specialist therapies, and social inclusion.
The centre offers a fully inclusive integrated gym with adaptive equipment, weekly fitness classes (Spinning, Circuits, HIIT Bodyblast), accessible classes for people with disabilities and learning difficulties, social activities, and movement-based therapies including Rebound Therapy.
OXSRAD is an Official Spinning® Centre and welcomes members of all abilities, with a mission to break down barriers and foster community.
