P.E.C.S. Fitness (Prevention. Exercise. Cure. Systems.) is a friendly, no-contract gym based in Long Eaton, Nottingham, welcoming all fitness levels from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers. The gym spans multiple rooms including a cardio area, four weights rooms, a boxing room and a dedicated studio for classes.

Equipment includes everything from treadmills and rowing machines to a full free-weights suite with dumbbells up to 50 kg, Smith machine, cable crossover and much more. Included in membership are group fitness classes — PECS Pump, Ree-Combat and Ree-Groove — as well as personal training from qualified professionals.
