Pacific Supergym is a state-of-the-art gym in Llantwit Fardre, Pontypridd, offering 24/7 access to a wide range of dedicated training rooms including a Strength Room, Leg Room, Cardio and Abs Room, Chest and Back Room, Shoulders and Arms Room, HIIT Room, and Boxing and Bikes Room.

Members enjoy diverse fitness classes such as spin, HIIT, and weightlifting technique sessions led by certified instructors, alongside personal training with resident PTs and a supportive community atmosphere.
