Paramount Parkour Academy has been at the forefront of parkour and free running education in Milton Keynes since 2006. With nearly two decades of experience, the academy offers structured classes for all ages and abilities — from Junior sessions for kids aged 4–7, through Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Over 13s classes, to dedicated Adults sessions for those 16 and over.

Led by passionate, highly trained coaches, every session balances high-energy fun with structured skill development. The academy also offers Open Gym, special Jam events, birthday parties, holiday camps, school programmes, and group or private bookings with exclusive gym hire.
