Parinamavada Yoga is a boutique yoga studio run by Lucy P from a small studio inside her home in Chorlton. The studio offers group yoga classes (Vinyasa), yoga therapy, yoga philosophy classes rooted in the viniyoga teachings of T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar, and sound bath experiences featuring crystal bowls, gongs and chimes.
Lucy also hosts private sound baths and special events.
