The Yoga Rooms is an independently run, friendly and inclusive yoga and pilates studio based in Chorlton, Manchester. Open since 2008, the studio offers the widest range of classes in the area — from mindful yoga and vinyasa flow to pilates, pregnancy, postnatal, and kids' classes — taught by specialist teachers.
