Parkour Generations London is one of the UK's leading parkour and movement training organisations, based in the Isle of Dogs area of London. Operating since 2005, they offer a comprehensive range of classes including Parkour, Acrobatics, Strength & Conditioning, Specialist Skills (Handbalancing, Groundwork, Obstacle Course Training, Movement Exploration), and Kids Parkour.
Training takes place at their flagship indoor facility PKGen Republic in Blackwall, outdoors across London, and online. With a large coaching team and a vibrant community, they welcome all ages, abilities and experience levels.
