Peace Love Yoga is a holistic wellness practice led by Cleo, a yoga therapist, tai chi rehabilitation teacher, breath coach, sleep consultant, and masseur based in Birmingham City Centre.

With over 15 years of experience, Cleo draws on her own journey through early menopause, bereavement, chronic hypertension, and endometriosis to offer a deeply personal and compassionate approach to healing. Sessions combine yoga, massage, guided meditation, tai chi, and breathwork to address stress, anxiety, insomnia, and stiffness.

The practice also offers nutritional therapy, sleep consultancy, and wellness podcasts — welcoming everyone regardless of experience or background.
