Peak Health and Fitness is Tavistock's premier 24-hour gym and award-winning health club. With over thirty pieces of fitness equipment — including bikes, treadmills, cross-trainers, weights, kettlebells, squat racks, and a state-of-the-art CrossFit cage — it offers a friendly, non-intimidating environment for members of all abilities.
Qualified personal trainers provide one-to-one sessions, nutritional advice, pre/postnatal fitness, and menopause wellness coaching. The club also offers therapy services and group exercise classes, with no joining or cancellation fees on rolling monthly memberships.
