Pembury Fitness is a vibrant group fitness community founded by Adele Clark in 2012, based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Starting with a single Zumba class, it has grown to offer a wide variety of live in-person group exercise classes including Pilates, Legs Bums & Tums, Weights Workout, Zumba, Clubbercise, and Shape Up & Stretch — suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced.
