Penzance Gymnastics Club is a purpose-built gymnastics charity in Long Rock, Penzance, founded in 1972 and now serving over 500 members each week.
The club offers a clear pathway from parent-and-toddler Busy Bees sessions through recreational, competitive and elite squads, as well as specialist programmes in cheerleading, parkour, DMT & tumble, adult fitness, over-55s classes, and a dedicated SEND room for inclusive gymnastics.
Led by a fully qualified coaching team with 50 years of combined experience, the club operates daytime, after-school and evening sessions to suit all ages and abilities.
