Performance Gym started in Kilwinning in 2015 with a shoestring budget and a mountain of passion. Over nearly a decade it has grown into one of Scotland's best-known gyms, celebrated for its top-quality, diverse equipment and electrifying atmosphere.
Members enjoy 24-hour access, a welcoming community, and coaching from a team of freelance personal trainers covering everything from fat loss and muscle building to sports performance.
A second, state-of-the-art location opened in Irvine in 2024, featuring equipment from world-leading brands such as Hammer Strength, Gymleco, Prime, Panatta and Cybex, plus an on-site supplement shop.
