PerformanceRx is a specialist personal training and rehabilitation studio based in Swiss Cottage, London. Led by internationally acclaimed strength coach Joel Proskewitz — one of only two people in the world to teach alongside Professor Stuart McGill — the studio focuses on 1-1 personal training, spinal and orthopaedic rehabilitation, and low back pain recovery.

Programmes are fully customised to each individual's goals, whether that's sports performance, injury rehab, or long-term health, and are grounded in scientifically proven techniques. The studio has been featured in Men's Health, Men's Fitness, and the Daily Mail, and has worked with Olympic medalists, business executives, and rehabilitation patients.
