Petra Yoga is a boutique yoga studio in Kentish Town, North London, run by Petra Mitidieri (PhD, MEng, C-IAYT), who has been teaching yoga since 2000. The studio specialises in Wall Rope Yoga — one of very few in London to offer the Great Yoga Wall system — alongside Ashtanga Vinyasa, yoga therapy for back and neck pain, and pregnancy yoga.
