Pettemerides Personal Training is owned and run by Helen Pettemerides, a highly experienced Personal Trainer with 20 years of industry experience. Based in Batheaston, Bath, the studio offers 1:1 personal training sessions in two on-site studio gyms, as well as circuit classes, Kick Start supervised gym sessions, physiotherapy, osteopathy and sports massage.
Helen specialises in exercise prescription for clients with medical conditions, neurological conditions, osteoporosis, and lower back pain, and also offers dedicated fitness programmes for older adults focusing on balance and muscle maintenance.
