PFP is a small, independent 24/7 strength training gym located on Marsh Barton Trading Estate in Exeter. Founded by James Buckingham, the gym is built on simplicity, inclusivity and excellence, offering serious strength training in a no-ego, community-led environment. With a capped membership of just 100 members, you'll never queue for equipment.

The facility is stocked with world-class kit including calibrated powerlifting plates, Olympic lifting platforms, strongman equipment (atlas stones, yokes, sleds, prowlers), premium barbells (Eleiko, Texas Power Bar, Cerberus), dumbbells and kettlebells up to 60kg, a KBox flywheel, reverse hypers, belt squat, and cardio machines.

Personal training, nutrition advice and sports massage are available through founder James Buckingham. Personal trainers are welcome to bring clients, and a private therapy/office room is also available to hire.
